Connections

Note: Registration is open for Homer Connections grades 7-12 to attend an overnight field trip to Kasitsna Bay April 19-20. The trip will focus on exploring the intertidal zones of Jakalof and Kasitsna beaches. The trip is sponsored by Center for Alaskan Coastal Studies. Pre-registration is required.

Programs

Applications for the American Legion Auxiliary Girls State and American Legion Boys State, one-week, hands-on government leadership camps, are due at counselors' offices by April 4. Interviews will be held April 13. Camp is scheduled for June. All fees are paid by the legion and auxiliary.
