Pet of the Week
Rocky loves Philly cheese steaks and scrapple, the right food to give ya the energy to go the distance. You might want to run him up and down steps, up and down steps, and then take him for a long walk on the beach, because boy howdy does this guy have energy.
Even though he was the runt of the litter, Rocky has a lot of spunk. He's about six months old and a beagle-whatever mix. He loves everybody, and he'll really love you if you or your kids give him a workout. Ya just know he's a winnah.
If you would like to adopt a pet, call or stop by the animal shelter across from Public Works off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday, noon-5 p.m. Call 235-3141 for information.
