Pet of the Week

Some might call this Siamese “pretty” or even “beautiful.” But make no mistake: This cat is a gentleman. He has long brown hair, a handsome gray face, and a manly white ruff around his neck. He always wears white spats on his feet and his big blue eyes exude gentility.

This fine specimen of kitty masculinity is between 3 and 4 years old and has been neutered. He has an easy-going nature, making him easy for people and other cats to be around. He doesn’t smoke or drink, but sometimes enjoys a quiet game of dice with the gents at the club to relax. He’s politely waiting for the right family to extend him an invitation to stay.

If you’d like to adopt a pet, call or stop by the Animal Shelter across from Public Works off the Sterling Highway. The shelter is open Tuesday-Saturday, noon to 5 p.m. Call 235-3141 for more information.
