March 21

A man at 10:13 a.m. reported his bicycle was stolen from his Danview Avenue home.

A man at 11:40 a.m. reported someone threw a rock through the window of his Pioneer Avenue business.

A caller at 1:07 p.m. reported a woman driving while talking on her cell phone who ran a stop sign at Kachemak Drive and the Homer Spit Road, almost causing an accident.

An adult probation officer at 1:43 p.m. reported a woman dropped off her son at the Homer Jail on an outstanding warrant, but the man ran away from her. Police could not find the man.

A woman at 2:42 p.m. reported a woman in a maroon van snatched her cat while she was walking with her children and the cat on Ben Walters Way near Smokey Bay Way.

A man at 3:52 p.m. reported a sign was vandalized at an East End Road business.

Police at 4:30 p.m. saw a 30-year-old woman driving on the Sterling Highway suspected be driving without a license.

A caller at 11:24 p.m. reported a man on the roof of a Bartlett Street building. Police issued a trespass notice to the man for 90 days.

March 22

A man at 10:34 a.m. reported someone slashed his car tires.

A woman at 4:36 p.m. reported her daughter left school without permission, did not show up at her job and was not answering her cell phone.

Two people at 5:22 p.m. reported possible eagle feeding on the Homer Spit.

Several callers at 7:04 p.m. reported a fight in progress at a Ternview Place home. Police responded.

A caller at 8:13 p.m. reported a disturbance at a Main Street apartment. Police responded.

A caller at 8:37 p.m. a possible drug transaction at an East End Road address.

March 23

A caller at 2:57 p.m. reported receiving threatening text messages from a person due to a previous dispute over a car.

A man at 3:30 p.m. reported receiving strange correspondence in the mail.

A caller at 6:05 p.m. reported a driver speeding and driving recklessly who now had gotten his car stuck in the snow berm on Rogers Loop. Police responded and arrested a 20-year-old man for driving under the influence. He also was issued summonses for minor consuming alcohol, minor operating a car after consuming alcohol and sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana.

A caller at 7 p.m. reported an attempted burglary at a Mallard Way home.

A caller at 7:54 p.m. reported a burglary at an Emerald Road home.

A person at 10:29 p.m. made a 911 call of a domestic dispute. Police responded.

March 24

A caller at 1:08 a.m. reported seeing a naked man walking on Svedlund Street. Police responded but could not find the man.
