Jubilee auditions next week

Gail Baker offers art classes

Gail Baker, “art maker,” offers children’s art classes starting April 10. Three sessions are offered for children ages 5-6, meeting Tuesday; ages 7-8, meeting Wednesday; and ages 9-11, meeting Thursday. All classes are held 3:30-5 p.m. at Baker’s Backdoor Studio in the basement of Bunnell Street Gallery. Five lessons are $75. For information, call 299-2185.

Art for Kids classes start

Rene Jahnke’s Art for Kids classes start April 18 at the Homer Council on the Arts and run through May 24. Classes for students in grades third-sixth meet Thursdays and classes for students in grades kindergarten-second meet Wednesdays. The six-week class is $75 general or $60 for HCOA members.
