A Kenai grand jury last week indicted a Homer man on 87 counts of sexual abuse of a minor, child exploitation and possession of child pornography. Gregory Oskolkoff, 39, received 11 counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor, 11 counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor, one count of child unlawful exploitation of a minor and 64 counts of possession of child pornography. He had been arrested earlier on a single count of first-degree sexual abuse.

According to the indictment, in Homer between May 1, 2006, and March 16, 2007, Oskolkoff is alleged to have abused a girl known to him. The abuse is alleged to have happened at least 11 times for each count. He also is alleged to have taken 64 nude photographs of the girl and enticed her to pose lewdly. The child exploitation charge is for making her pose lewdly, and the child porn charges are for possessing the 64 photographs.

Homer Police began investigating Oskolkoff earlier this month after a third party reported possible child abuse, said Lt. Randy Rosencrans of the Homer Police Department. Police officers interviewed the alleged victim. According to court documents, she told police Oskolkoff had taken nude photographs of her starting two years ago. Police served a search warrant on Oskolkoff’s home and seized Polaroid photographs of the girl.

Oskolkoff is in custody at Wildwood Pretrial Facility in Kenai.
