Homer Alaska - Letters

We would like to thank Era Aviation for its recent contribution enabling us to travel to the Philippine Islands. Era donated half of our round trip fare to Anchorage. As members of Church on the Rock Homer we took a two and a half week missions trip to experience life as a missionary. We visited Resources for the Blind, and their various blind Bible studies, orphanages, family homes, and a government hospital.

One goal was to provide oral care supplies and information for the Molbog people, through the Seeds of Life mission organization. Unfortunately, due to tribal unrest we were unable to deliver the supplies, but they will be distributed by fellow missionaries as soon as possible. It was an amazing experience to see and reach out to a different part of the world and appreciate Era's donation as a part of making this all happen for us. Thank you again.
