According to a trooper press release, a Homer man last Thursday reported he saw a man shoot a gun from a moving vehicle near Mile 15.5 East End Road. Following an investigation, troopers allege Wickline and Wakliuk both shot a gun from a moving vehicle.
Alaska State Trooper David Sherbahn and Sgt. Tom Dunn spoke with the two men last Friday afternoon at a parking lot on Ben Walters Lane near Flex School. Both men attend the school.
