Alaska State Troopers at 3:10 p.m. went to a rollover crash on East End Road. Troopers allege a 29-year-old Homer man drove too fast for conditions, failed to make a downhill left turn and rolled several times when he went into the ditch. The man wore a seatbelt and escaped serious injury. On April 7, after completing an investigation, troopers arrested the man for driving under the influence, alleging he had been impaired by prescription narcotics.

Bureau of Highway Patrol troopers at 9:56 p.m. made a traffic stop on a 43-year-old Anchor Point man near Mile 1.5 North Fork Road. Troopers arrested the man for DUI.
