Troopers received a report of a stolen laptop computer, external hard drive and computer bag taken from an Anchor Point home. On April 9 troopers recovered the stolen computer with its serial number removed at a home off the Old Sterling Highway in Anchor Point. Troopers arrested a 31-year-old Anchor Pont man for unlawful possession and second-degree theft.

April 10

Troopers at 1 p.m. contacted a 38-year-old Soldotna man at the Ninilchik River Beach and cited him for digging clams without a valid 2009 sportfishing license.
