Mommy and Me: Bring your baby to an afternoon of basic yoga and stretching. Baby books, music and infant playtime encouraged while moms stretch, socialize and get ready for an active summer. Pilates: This method of exercise will strengthen your core muscles, stretch and strengthen the body to keep it in balance and alignment. It may be able to treat or avoid lower back and neck pain.
