Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through April 16:

Judgments

Gregory S. Oskolkoff, 40, lending vehicle to an unlicensed driver, 10 counts of first-degree sexual abuse of a minor, 10 counts of second-degree sexual abuse of a minor, 63 counts of possession of child pornography, charges dismissed.

Jack R. Morrell, 58, driving while license canceled, suspended or revoked, charge dismissed.

Shannon D. Etzkorn, 18, no motor vehicle liability insurance, charge dismissed.

Robert L. Crumley, 48, three counts of violating conditions of release, charges dismissed.

Traci L. Prevost, 22, violating conditions of release, charge dismissed. She pleaded no contest at her arraignment to violating conditions of release, a separate charge, and second-degree harassment, an amended charge. She was sentenced to 50 days in jail and fined $500 with 40 days and $500 suspended; ordered to pay $100 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; and placed on probation for two years.

Trevor C. Kearney, 39, pleaded no contest to a charge of driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and placed on probation for three years.

Jeff C. Lindberg, 40, pleaded no contest to a charge of taking a cow moose in a closed season. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $100 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to forfeit seized moose meat; and placed on probation until Feb. 26, 2009.

Amanda G. Berthelot, 51, pleaded no contest to driving without a valid operator's license, an amended charge. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail and fined $500 with 85 days and $500 suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and placed on probation for one year.

George C. McAnelly III, 25, pleaded no contest to a charge of fourth-degree theft. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $50 jail surcharge; ordered to pay restitution and to apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund Dividend and ordered to forfeit items seized as evidence.

Thomas James, 22, pleaded no contest to a charge of driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 45 days in jail and fined $2,000 with 42 days and $500 suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; ordered to install an ignition interlock device; and placed on probation for one year.

Ashton G. Callahan, 18, pleaded guilty to a charge of overtaking and passing a school bus. He was fined $300.

Cases filed in Criminal Court

Alexsandra A. Greenstreet, 18, driving with an instructional permit without an adult in the vehicle.

Brandan C. West, 20, two counts of second-degree assault, third-degree assault.

Cases filed in Civil Court

Crystal Harris v. Joshua Tangman, domestic violence protection order granted, dissolved.

Shannan Kincade on behalf of a minor child v. Jeffery M. Culbertson, domestic violence protection order granted.

Kelli Parker v. Charles Jackson, domestic violence protection order granted.
