Troopers at 8:25 p.m. summonsed a 15-year-old girl in Nikolaevsk for driving without a valid license after stopping her for a traffic violation. They also summonsed a 42-year-old woman for letting the girl drive her vehicle knowing that she did not have a valid license.

Troopers arrested a 30-year-old Nikolaevsk man for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. They went to his Nikolaevsk home after receiving a 911 call of a domestic dispute. Troopers allege the man assaulted his wife.
