Ryan M. Wickline, 18, fourth-degree weapons misconduct.

Chris J. Wakaliuk, 18, fourth-degree weapons misconduct.

Jason R. Agli, 24, Seldovia, driving while license revoked.

Jose M. Ramirez, 47, Anchor Point, DUI, DWLR.

Thomas J. Clegg, 26, DUI, DWLR.

Jennifer White, 19, Anchor Point, minor consuming alcohol.

Suzi Kendall, 17, Anchor Point, DUI, MCA, operating a vehicle after MCA.

Linda T. Savetilik, 46, felony DUI.

Laura M. Jacobsen, 31, second-degree forgery, three counts; fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, two counts; attempted fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance; second-degree theft, all felonies.

David W. Henry, 32, second-degree forgery, 10 counts; fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, 9 counts; attempted fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance; second-degree theft, all felonies.

Shannon Hodge, 18, Anchorage, driving without an operator’s license.

Peter P. Basargin, 17, MCA.

Jonah Yakunin, 14, Nikolaevsk, MCA.

Cyrus Roe, 17, MCA, operating a vehicle after MCA, driving with a provisional license while carrying a passenger.

Patrick Ryckman, 20, fifth-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Cases filed in Civil Court

Lloyd Tanape Sr. and Jenny Tanape, dissolution of marriage.

Sarah L. Rogers and Allen R. Jantzi et al. v. Jay Kennelty and Ulmer/Burgess Inc., personal injury.

US Bank National Association v. Eric Henley doing business as Alaska Sport Fishing Tours et al., debt.

Madeline Christianson v. Selven Christianson, temporary restraining order granted.

Allstate Insurance v. Michael W. Lasiter, property damage, automobile.
