Here's accident waiting to happen
Roughly (especially on Lower Kenai Peninsula pavement) three miles north of Anchor Point, I hope you've noticed there is new access to the Anchor Point beach.
Although rather steep it is undoubtably the fastest. Just swerve to miss a moose, leave the road and 75 feet later you've begun your fastest and last trip to the beach. You won't have to dodge guardrails or barricades prior to launch because they don't exist.
The state must be feeling lucky; me, I'll just continue to pray it's not a car load of kids.
