Benjamin Rafe Engebretsen was born at 8:03 a.m. April 17, 2009, at South Peninsula Hospital to Eric and Theresa Engebretsen. He weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces. His grandparents are Allen and Linda Engebretsen of Homer and Bill and Sandy Cross of Gilbert, Ariz.
