Judgments

George Kojin, 34, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana, and failure to insure vehicle, charges dismissed. He pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 200 days in jail with 170 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.

Marshall D. Parke, 31, second-degree theft by receiving, unlawful possession, both felonies; second-degree hindering prosecution, two counts.

Dayton L. Poss, 56, Seldovia, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Charles W. Radford, 48, Anchor Point, violating a protective order.

Robert W. Lockard, 33, Kodiak, driving while license suspended.

Peter Yakunin, 19, failure to give immediate notice of an accident.

Richard G. Baker, 18, first-degree robbery, second-degree theft, third-degree assault, felony indictment.
