Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through April 24:

Judgments

Donald J. Holten, 41, driving under the influence, charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was fined $500 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 60 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, order to pay restitution and placed on probation for one year.

Kilea Brown, 22, fourth-degree assault, two counts, charges dismissed. She pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device, had her driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year. She also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended.

Jeremiah Johnson, 24, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to refusal to take a breath test. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.

Sarjus Moonin, 32, Nanwalek, fourth-degree criminal mischief, charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty at his arraignment to first-degree criminal trespass. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, ordered to pay restitution and not contact his victim and placed on probation for one year.

Peter Kraskoff, 18, Wasilla, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.

Marvin L. Holzheimer, 51, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to disorderly conduct. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Cases filed in Criminal Court

Michael J. Ramirez, 18, order to modify or revoke probation, minor consuming alcohol, failure to comply with requirement to attend an alcohol safety action program.

Matthew J. Latham, 34, failure to appear in court.

Derek Z.T. Jokay-Szilagyi, 36, driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a chemical test, driving while license revoked, failure to give immediate notice of an accident, fourth-degree assault, disorderly conduct.

Sharlene D. Morris, 57, second-degree hindering prosecution.

Craig A. Latham, 34, DUI, DWLR.

John M. Hilmer, 25, violating conditions of release, five counts.

Nikita I. Basargin, 19, making a false report, minor consuming alcohol.

Aaron C. Fleenor, 24, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Adrian R. Taylor, 23, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Jerry Barrowcliff, 19, DWLS.

Mihael Mike Polushkin, 23, DUI.
