This week was mainly a period of hopeful waiting. Government representatives assessing damage of the March 27 earthquake have come and gone. Although some work is being done, such as the seawall build-up at Pacific Alaskan Seafoods, raising of the Standard Oil warehouse and work on the dock, Homer must wait for governmental processes to run their course.
