Hospice gives thanks
Hospice of Homer recently honored our many wonderful volunteers with a Pizza and Bowling Party. We'd like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the local businesses that donated their services and products and helped to make our event a complete success. Thanks to Melanie at Espresso Express for the coffee card door prize, to Pam at Subway for the sandwich coupon door prizes, to Larry and Devan at Starvin' Marvin's for the delicious pizzas, and to Mark at Kachemak Bowl for the bowling coupon door prizes and for allowing us the use of the bowling alley for the evening. And, of course, our continued deepest thanks to all of our truly special volunteers who give of their time and their heart, and without whom we would not be able to provide the services that we do.

Hospice of Homer offers supportive services to residents of the Southern Kenai Peninsula and their families, to ensure comfort, dignity and choice during life-threatening illness or the transition process of dying.
