Restaurant benefit a boon
Homer Senior Citizens would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Young's Chinese Buffet Restaurant for its benefit day for our organization. They not only donated all their proceeds from an entire day of restaurant meals, but they also purchase dozens of roses to be handed out to the seniors and mothers they wished to honor. The restaurant's generosity will help provide Meals on Wheels, transportation, senior nutrition and the adult day program.

We would also like to thank Safeway and Bob Malone for contributing to the purchase of the roses. The donations given for the roses will also help these programs. Thank you again.
