Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through May 4:

Judgments

Sergei Basargin, 21, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended with 80 hours of community work service to satisfy unsuspended jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.

Bruce A. Williams, 51, pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment. He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, ordered to pay restitution, ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, and placed on probation for two years.

George Kojin, 34, failure to insure vehicle, charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 200 days in jail with 170 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for two years.

Craig A. Lathan, 34, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended, sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for one year, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for three years.

Nikita A. Basargin, 19, pleaded no contest to minor consuming alcohol. He was fined $600 with $400 suspended with the fine to be satisfied by performing community work service at the rate of $6.45 an hour; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program. He also pleaded no contest to making a false report. Imposition of sentence was suspended and he was ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service.

Joshua P. Johnston, 19, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol, habitual offender. He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended with jail time to be satisfied with 80 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, ordered to perform 96 more hours of CWS and placed on probation for one year.

Robert D. Antila, 41, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for one year and placed on probation for three years.

Cases filed in Criminal Court

Brandon R. Fredericks, 24, first-degree robbery, second-degree assault and second-degree theft, felony indictment.

Joshua D. Keller, 18, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Vladimir F. Kuzmin, 18, driving under the influence, failure to give immediate notice of an accident, fourth-degree assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, fourth-degree escape, minor consuming alcohol, minor operating a vehicle after consuming, felony tampering with physical evidence, reckless endangerment, two counts.

Amos Mahoney, 19, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, marijuana on school grounds, a felony.

Thomas J. Barclay, 39, Anchor Point, driving while license suspended.

William O. Daugherty, 44, fourth-degree criminal mischief, tampering with a vehicle.

Daniel G. Lavoie, 43, driving under the influence.

Alan N. Barber, 44, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Samuel D. Neace, 19, DWLS.

Dimitri F. Kuzmin, 30, attempted third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass.

Ronald P. Corriveau, 41, Ninilchik, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.

Ksenofont I. Fefelov, 45, failure to stop at the direction of a peace officer, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, felony indictment; reckless driving, reckless endangerment, three counts, resisting arrest, driving while license revoked.

Albert P. Sykes, 51, violating condition of release, third-degree theft.

Ronald J. Patterson, 39, Soldotna, violating condition of release, two counts.

Joseph H. Fletcher, 55, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Gregory B. Pruitt, 20, Kodiak, driving while license cancelled.

Sean A. Muir, 31, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Timothy K. Igou, 23, Nikolaevsk, fourth-degree assault, reckless endangerment.

Richard C. Ison, 17, DUI.

David A. Zmuda, 61, Anchorage, DUI, refusal to take a breath test, DWLC, giving false information.

Kartik S. Kniaziowski, 33, Anchorage, DWLS.

Connie L. Alderson, 56, DUI.

Kasie M. Cole, 31, DUI.

Jacob M. Blakesley, 23, Bethel, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance.
