Engagements

Corina and Benjamin de Mosquera of Panama announce the engagement of their daughter, Rebeca, to Justin Durling of Anchorage. The couple will marry Saturday, Feb. 5, 2011. Justin is the son of Marsha Durling of New York and Douglas Fulton of Philadelphia.

Rebeca, originally of Panama and currently residing in Anchorage, graduated magna cum laude in 2004 with a degree in law and political science. She runs her own law firm, Mosquera Law out of Panama, and also works for Upstream Americas, a Shell Oil Company business, as a logistics coordinator. Rebeca will receive a master's degree in project management from the University of Alaska Anchorage fall 2010.

Justin originally of Delta Junction, graduated with a degree in Rhetoric English from University of Alaska Anchorage in 2004. He obtained a Master's degree in Business in 2008 from the University of California, Sacramento. Justin owns his own marketing firm, J.D. Marketing, and works as a PowerGen Project Manager at Cummins Northwest.

The couple met through friends in Anchorage in 2009.
