Homer Council on the Arts board reorganizes management structure
The Homer Council on the Arts board of directors announced last week that it has reorganized its management structure. Starting this summer, the executive director position will be split into two new positions, a managing director and a programs director. The managing director will focus on the administrative and business needs of HCOA while the programs director will oversee the programs and events of HCOA.
"The Homer Council on the Arts board of directors is looking forward to this restructuring process, continuing to promote and advocate for the arts, serving its members and the community at large while striving to meet its mission," said board member Kathy Pate.
