Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through May 11:

Judgments

James R. Inman, 35, Soldotna, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended, sentenced to 90 days in jail with 70 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for one year, ordered to install an ignition interlock device for two years after regaining license and placed on probation for three years.

Kartik S. Kniaziowski, 33, pleaded no contest to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 160 days in jail with 140 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for two years.

William H. Oliver, 54, driving while license suspended.

Eric W. Smyth, 41, DWLR.

Thomas H. Norris, 46, DWLR.

Justin L. Spurlin, 31, second-degree criminal trespass.
