A man at 5:40 p.m. reported that someone came onto his Skyline Drive property and took a 32-foot Warner ladder worth about $350. Anyone with information regarding the theft is asked to contact the troopers at 235-8239.
A woman at 4:32 p.m. reported a 42-year-old Homer man violated a restraining order served on him. Troopers allege that the man had indirect contact with the woman and arrested him for violating a restraining order.

An Oregon woman reported at 12:30 a.m. that a 39-year-old Anchor Point man assaulted her and another woman at the man's Anchor Point home. Troopers arrested the man for assault.
May 10
Troopers at 9:40 p.m. went to Deep Creek Recreation Area for a domestic dispute. They allege that a 55-year-old Ninilchik man assaulted his girlfriend and that he drove while intoxicated. A records check also showed him to have a revoked license. After arresting him for fourth-degree assault, driving while intoxicated and driving with license revoked, the man refused to take a breath test at the police station. Troopers also arrested him with refusal to take a breath test
