Justin L. Spurlin, 31, pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespass. He was fined $1,000 with $1,000 suspended, sentenced to 50 days in jail with 40 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, ordered not to have contact with his victim and placed on probation for one year.
Thomas H. Norris, 46, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for two years.
