The last thing we want to see when someone is first driving in to our community is all stores. The business district starts now at the middle school and the Best Western Motel and continues to the end of the Spit. As of now there is still plenty of room in Homer in the areas already zoned for business growth. Let’s leave from West Hill on in to the Best Western Motel zoned residential.
