The Alaska Department of Fish and Game is offering free sportfishing licenses to all members of the military, including the Alaska National Guard and military reservists, who qualify as Alaska residents. All military members must have an affidavit, downloadable at the ADF&G Web site, www.adfg.state.ak.us, signed by their commanding officer.
