Judgments

Dimitry Melkomukov, 43, charge dismissed, fourth-degree assault. He pleaded guilty to another charge of fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and a domestic violence intervention program; ordered to provide a DNA sample upon request by an officer, not possess or consumer alcohol, and not to contact his victim; and was placed on probation for two years.

Shane W. Randall, 26, pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release. He was fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; and was placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator's license and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended, with the option of performing 80 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time.

George T. Babcock, 48, pleaded guilty to reckless driving. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 40 days suspended, with the option of performing 40 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had his driver's license revoked for 30 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Billie Lea Peterson, 36, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to provide a DNA sample upon request of an officer; and was placed on probation for one year.

Patrick Delumeau, 18, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to fourth-degree criminal mischief. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the condition that he pay restitution and a $50 court surcharge and complete an anger management class. He was placed on probation for one year.
