Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through May 29:

Judgments

Pamela K. Shimer, 52, driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked, charge dismissed.

Terri L. Baldwin, 44, making a false report, charge dismissed. She pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator's license. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and placed on probation for two years. She also pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident. She was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 50 days suspended.

Daniel M. Stanish, 29, pleaded guilty to furnishing alcohol to a person under age 21. Imposition of sentence was suspended and he was ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service and pay a $50 court surcharge. He was placed on probation for one year.

Mary T. Mcanelly, 62, pleaded guilty to furnishing alcohol to a person under age 21. Imposition of sentence was suspended and she was ordered to perform 40 hours of community work service and pay a $50 court surcharge. She was placed on probation for one year.

Brandon M. Ahrndt, 21, pleaded guilty to sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Jonathan D. Cole, 29, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.

Karri A. Curry, 21, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft. Imposition of sentence was suspended and she was ordered to perform 48 hours of community work service and pay a $50 court surcharge. She was placed on probation for one year and ordered not to go to Ulmer's or be on their property.

Jeremiah Johnson, 25, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was fined $500, sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended, ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days and placed on probation for one year.

Cases filed in Criminal Court

Dylan C. Adkins, 21, failure to purchase liability insurance.

Frank J. Sambrano,19, second-degree theft, felony indictment.

Cases filed in Civil Court

Laurie Shepard v. Brian Kelly, temporary restraining order granted.
