Cook Inletkeeper to reorganize

Cook Inletkeeper Executive Director Bob Shavelson will remain the Inletkeeper under a new management structure at the Homer-based environmental organization. Under his current position, his main duties have been management, fundraising and advocacy. With a new structure to take effect with the hiring of an executive director, Shavelson will focus on advocacy and energy issues, while the director will focus on management and fundraising.

No director has been hired. The application period ends July 15. The executive director and Inletkeeper positions will be coequal, with both reporting to the board of directors.

For a full description of the executive director position, visit Cook Inletkeeper's website at www.inletkeeper.org.
