Stress is defined as a physical and emotional factor (as trauma or fear) to which an individual fails to make a satisfactory adaptation and causes psychological tensions creating disease. Why?
Man is constantly on its escapade of a marathon race. Man has forgotten to halt and arrest, to smell the flowers, to exercise and practice yoga-relaxation, to consciously breathe with the wine and how to listen to silence. Stress is man's primary cause of death, not heart attack, not cancer, nor accidents. Why? Stress is the antecedent stimulus of all illness and malady. Due to stress, man lingers in food and alcohol, even drugs only to experience its dire consequences.
Colon-waste is the human secondary cause of death. Why? The Royal Academy of Britain astoundingly scribes: "90 percent of all disease and discomfort is directly or indirectly related to an unclean colon." Dr. Norman Walker wrote: "Elimination of undigested food or other (junk) waste from the body is as important as the correct digestion as assimilation of foods."
I entered my own think tank and researched foreign-born substances as bacteria, viruses, fungus, mucus and the number one killer "parasites." Soon I commenced liver and colon flushes and a 42-day thorough fast. I lost over 33 pounds. And in one excrement I discarded 120 kidney stones and later a crude crust of rubber-like discharge that hampered my intestinal walls to breathe.
The father of medicine, Hippocrates, wrote: "Disease does not occur unexpectedly, it is the result of constant violation of Nature's Laws.
