At 15, James Mato of Florida didn't pay attention to the saying, "pick on someone your own size," when he reeled up a 273-pound monster last week and catapulted into the lead for June. Ruth Armstrong is the overall Derby leader with a 306.4-pounder, reeled in on May 31. Derby tickets are $10 and can be found at many Homer businesses.
