Support makes 'Strut' extra special

Homer Animal Friends thanks everyone who participated in our 12th annual Strut Your Mutt. The day was cloudy but that didn't dampen the spirit of the 48 dogs that joined in for games, contests and a walk around town. Strut Your Mutt is a fundraiser for our spay/neuter program and we now have an additional $500 fo future spay/neuter coupons.

A big thank you to our sponsors: Alderfer Group, Barb's Video, Homer Hounds, Homer Tribune, Homer Vet Clinci, Petco, Quick Draw Water, Sundgo Boarding and our supporters: Captain's Coffee, Coal Point, Kachemak Wholesale, Latitude 59, Lisa Ann's Grooming, Our Best Friends, Safeway, Save-U-More, Ulmer's and Wagon Wheel. Their donations of prizes, food, water and advertising helped make this "Strut" extra special.

We especially want to thank the volunteers that made it all possible.
