James R. Inman, 36, fourth-degree assault, charge dismissed.

Kilea L. Brown, 22, fourth-degree assault, charge dismissed. She pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. She was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had her driver's license revoked for 90 days, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for one year. She also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended.

Robert L. Clute, 25, sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, charged dismissed. He pleaded guilty to fourth-degree weapons misconduct. He was sentenced to 270 days in jail with 260 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and placed on probation for two years.

B.J. Griffith, 20, pleaded guilty to negligent driving and was fined $300.

Dean R. Jackson, 40, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Laura A. Giffin, 44, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief. She was sentenced to 270 days in jail with 180 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, ordered to attend a parenting class, and placed on probation for one year.

Robert D. Antila, 41, pleaded guilty to failure to appear in court. He was fined $150 and ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund.

Max J. Brinster, 15, pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator's license. Imposition of sentence was suspended. He was fined $150 and ordered to perform 32 hours of community work service.

Rochelle J. Thurmond-White, 44, pleaded guilty to second-degree hindering prosecution. Imposition of sentence was suspended. She was ordered to pay a $50 court surcharge, to perform 48 hours of community work service and testify truthfully at any court proceedings in the criminal case of Brandon Fredericks.

Tarah A. Engebretsen Hargrove, 21, pleaded guilty to second-degree hindering prosecution. Imposition of sentence was suspended. She was ordered to pay a $50 court surcharge, to perform 48 hours of community work service and testify truthfully at any court proceedings in the criminal case of Brandon Fredericks.

Daniel S. Comes, 41, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $5,000 with $1,000 suspended, sentenced to 300 days in jail with 240 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $2,000 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for three years days, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for five years. He also pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator's license and was fined $150. He pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended.

James R. Parker, 28, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail with nine days suspended and placed on probation for one year.
