Photo feature: Summer fun
Bailey Kelly blows a bubble Monday while playing at the Youth Appreciation Week kick-off carnival, held in the Homer High School parking lot. The weeklong event, sponsored by Choices for Teens and Community Schools, is providing a variety of free activities for families.
