Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through June 26:

Judgments

Kimberly B. Cissney, 29, pleaded guilty to third-degree theft. She was sentenced to 365 days in jail with 335 days suspended with 50 hours of community work service; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, ordered to forfeit items seized and not have contact with Nancy Martin, Tara Jones, Manana Prints, Homer Saw and Cycle, McDonald's, Tan it All Salon and HomeRun Oil. She was placed on probation for two years.

Gail M. Waterbury, 34, pleaded guilty to concealment of merchandise. She was fined $500 with $250 suspended, sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, ordered to pay restitution up to $121.31, ordered to have no contact with Ulmer's and placed on probation for two years.

Suveley Vshivkoff, 41, Willow, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended, sentenced to 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for one year, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for three years.

Daniel Soger, 25, Ninilchik, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for one year.

John R. Lankford, 42, second-degree criminal trespass.

Ryan J. Buster, 25, driving while license suspended.

Laura M. Gonzales, 49, Anchorage, driving under the influence, refusal to take a breath test, driving while license revoked.

Christina Ferman v. Nantia Krisintu, stalking protective order granted.

Kristina Beason v. Richard Russell, stalking protective order granted.

Jessica Swisher v. Richard Russell, temporary restraining order granted.

American Express v. Eugene Reutov, debt.

In the matter of Tyler Garrick, change of name.

Tracy Sherwood v. Debra Evensen, personal injury.

Aubree Stedman v. Brandon Craddock, child custody.
