Kachemak Bay Girl Scouts hold a day camp for girls in first through eighth grades from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. July 27-28 at Bishop's Beach. Activities will include estuary exploration, orienteering, fire building, safety and first aid and lots of fun and games.

Girls should bring boots, a water bottle, appropriate clothing for wind, rain or shine, and a sack lunch on July 27. On July 28 participants will cook their own lunch. Cost is $30 and scholarships are available.
