An off-duty officer at 4:20 p.m. reported a man violating his probation. Alaska State Troopers later arrested the man.

A caller at 12:41 a.m. reported noise coming from Bishop's Beach. Police told the noise makers to keep the noise level down.
A harbor officer at 9:44 a.m. reported two men trying to take fish from totes on Fish Dock Road. Police responded but could not find the suspects.
A property owner at 12:30 p.m. asked police for permission to park on Mountain View Drive while he was developing his land.
Two callers at 12:59 and 1:05 p.m. reported a vehicle parked where prohibited on Mountain View Drive.
A woman at 3:11 p.m. reported a man panhandling at the Street Faire on Hazel Avenue and bothering people.
A woman at 7:24 p.m. reported chickens had wandered into her Bartlett Street yard.

A caller at 10:57 a.m. reported a vehicle stuck on Bishop's Beach with expired tags and a man sleeping in the car thought to have a suspended license.
An anonymous caller at 12:19 p.m. reported a person driving with a suspended license on Poopdeck Street.
A man at 3:38 p.m. reported a suspicious looking man with a gun in his pocket on Pioneer Avenue. Police contacted a person with a BB gun and told the person to put the BB gun away.
A person at 4:02 p.m. reported people stopping on the Sterling Highway to look at eagles in the Beluga Slough.
A caller at 7:35 p.m. reported two drunk men walking on Ben Walters Lane and yelling at each other. Police warned the suspects for disorderly conduct.
July 19
A caller at 4:41 a.m. reported two men at a Pioneer Avenue bar who might be drunk drivers when they left. Police went to the area.
