Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through July 17:

Judgments

Dennis K. Pryor, 43, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentenced to 20 days in jail; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and had his driver's license revoked for 90 days.

Robert C. Cramer, 22, pleaded guilty to not having motor vehicle insurance. He was fined $300.

Clara T. Moonin, 20, pleaded guilty to not having a valid operator's license. She was fined $150.

Hayley H. Cheatham, 39, Griffin, Ga., pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Cheatham was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had a driver's license revoked for 90 days, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for three years.

Jordan A. Haddleland, 18, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. He was fined $600 with $400 suspended; fine may be satisfied by performing community work service at $6.25 an hour.

Zachary James, 20, Wasilla, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 60 days in jail with 57 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for one year.

Hunter Multz-Matthews, 19, pleaded guilty to minor consuming alcohol. He was fined $600 with $400 suspended; fine may be satisfied by performing community work service at $6.25 an hour.

William T. Santos, 55, pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 100 days in jail with 97 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for one year.

Shane Daniel Heiman, 34, Soldotna, DWLR, charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty at his arraignment to driving under the influence. He was fined $4,000 with $1,000 suspended, sentenced to 200 days in jail with 180 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $1,467 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for one year, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for three years.

Aylee D. Fogel, 37, third-degree assault, a felony, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Anthony A. Basargin, 33, DUI.

Tara N. Jones, 23, third-degree theft.

Jeffry N. Burlingame, 29, motor vehicle liability insurance required.
