Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through July 26:

Judgments

Michael J. Lowe, 38, charge dismissed, driving under the influence.

Sadie M. Moore, 33, charges dismissed, first-degree criminal trespass, interfering with a report of domestic violence.

Daria A. Polushkin, 26, pleaded guilty to second degree harassment. Imposition of sentence was suspended subject to the conditions that she pay a $50 court surcharge, a $500 fine, perform 40 hours of community work service and pay a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended. She was placed on probation for one year.

Sheldon H. Scott, 50, pleaded guilty to not having a vehicle operator's license. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and apply for an Alaska Permanent Fund dividend and pay restitution; and was placed on probation for one year.

Kevin C. Wyckoff, 46, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree assault, domestic violence. He was sentenced to 300 days in jail with 270 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund and a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend a domestic violence intervention program, successfully complete a parenting class and obtain mental health assessment; and was placed on probation for three years.

Konstantin E. Basargin, 35, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 90 days in jail with 87 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for two years.

Denver Peterson, 21, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. Peterson was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended and sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and install an ignition interlock device; had his driver's license revoked for 90 days; and was placed on probation for one year.

Richard M. Zielinski Jr., 20, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, third-degree assault, felony indictment.

Samuel D. Neace, 20, first-degree hindering prosecution, fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, felony indictment.

Joseph E. Donovan, 55, driving under the influence.

Henri V. Mischler, 20, Anchor Point, improper use of registration.

Matthew J. Hunter, 30, DUI.

Gail A. Miller, 27, Anchor Point, DUI.

Matthew S. Sidransky, 28, Cooper Landing, motor vehicle liability insurance required.

Paige E. Strong, 18, minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol.

Alyssa Ahngasuk, 18, violation of instructional permit.

Ben M. Truesdell, 25, second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, both felonies.

Alen T. Blatchford, 63, second-degree assault, a felony.

Tyrrel L. Widdicombe, 19, indecent exposure, two counts.
