July 19

A man at 11:51 a.m. reported a Main Street business usually closed on Mondays had its door wide open. Police contacted the owner.

Police at 12:24 p.m. arrested a 30-year-old man on an outstanding warrant.

A man at 12:33 p.m. found a bicycle reported stolen. Police contact the bike's owner.

A caller at 1:23 p.m. reported finding woman's clothing in the woods off Bartlett Street.

A caller at 4:58 p.m. reported two men taking a dead moose near Mile 2 Kachemak Drive. Police could not find the men and the moose.

Two callers at 5:39 p.m. reported they are both being threatened and harassed by each other. Police responded and determined it was a civil matter.

A person at 7:52 p.m. made a 911 call of drivers spinning brodies in a Sterling Highway parking lot. Police cited a man for negligent driving.

A person at 10:17 p.m. left a child's bicycle in the police station lobby.

July 20

A person at 1:41 p.m. made a 911 call of a person operating a car near Mile 3.5 East End Road who failed to comply with restrictions.

A woman at 6:47 p.m. reported her daughter is being harassed by a teenager. Police advised the woman on her options.

Police at 11:37 p.m. issued a summons to an 18-year-old woman for minor operating a vehicle after consuming alcohol.

July 21

Police at 9:21 p.m. arrested a 20-year-old man on an outstanding warrant.

A man at 9:37 a.m. reported a case of indecent exposure.

A woman at 3:41 p.m. reported a case of indecent exposure.

A man at 4:11 p.m. reported items taken from a boat.

July 22

Police at 3:05 a.m. stopped a 47-year-old woman driving on the Homer Spit Road and arrested her for driving under the influence.

A caller at 8:53 a.m. reported windows broken out on a car parked on Hillfair Court.

A woman at 9:33 p.m. reported a hostile dog chased children down Sabrina Road. Police responded and notified animal control.

July 23

An Alaska State Trooper at 11:44 a.m. reported an aggressive driver heading toward Homer near Mile 161 Sterling Highway.

A caller at 6:41 p.m. made a "report every dangerous driver immediately" complaint of a driver on East End Road. Police arrested a 57-year-old man for DUI, driving while license revoked and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

A woman at 8 p.m. reported cash and a check was stolen from her wallet.

A caller at 9:01 p.m. reported an attempted break-in of a car parked on the Spit.

A woman at 9:49 p.m. reported suspicious vehicles coming and going at all hours of the night in the Heath Street area.

July 24

A caller at 6:05 a.m. reported a cooler and bicycle stolen from the back of a car parked on Bunnell Street.

A man at 9:03 p.m. reported people camping in a no-camping zone on the Spit.

A man at 8:54 p.m. made a 911 call reporting FBI wire taps and computers giving out false information.

July 25

A man at 1:18 p.m. reported his employees were being threatened.

A caller at 7:09 p.m. reported an assault at a Jenny Way home. Police arrested a 63-year-old man for second-degree assault.

A caller at 10:33 p.m. reported a man snagging fish on the Spit.
