Julianne R. Spellman, 43, pleaded guilty to furnishing alcohol to a minor. She was ordered to perform 24 hours of community service and was placed on probation for one year.
Paul L. Eneboe, 44, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for one year.
Antony A. Basargin, 32, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for one year.
