Inletkeeper thanks its volunteers

On Wednesday, July 27, Cook Inletkeeper held its 14th Annual Splash Bash. Every summer we look forward to the opportunity to invite the entire community for food and fun so that we can appreciate and thank our incredible volunteers. Music by Work In Progress and generous donations from The Grog Shop, Boardwalk Fish and Chips, Fresh Sourdough Express, Finn's Pizza and Jars of Clay Pottery truly made the party a community based celebration. The board and staff at Cook Inletkeeper sincerely thank all of those businesses and individuals, our volunteers, partners and our members for making our collective mission of "Clean Water, Healthy Salmon" possible.

And congratulations to Lee Dewees, and his wife Jenny, for earning the 2011 Volunteer of the Year Award.
