Court records show the following actions taken in Homer District Court through Aug. 10:

Judgments

Petro I. Kalugin, 37, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, charges dismissed.

Nicholas Ames, 28, minor consuming alcohol (a 2001 case), charge dismissed.

Timothy K. Igou, 23, fourth-degree assault, reckless endangerment, charges dismissed.

Jeffery N. Burlingame, 29, no motor vehicle liability insurance, charge dismissed.

Cody M. Brown, 20, habitual minor consuming alcohol, charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty to a second charge of MCA and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended; ordered to perform 96 hours of community work service, ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for six months, and placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.

David A. Zmuda, 62, driving under the influence, driving while license canceled, charges dismissed. He pleaded guilty to refusal to take a breath test. He was fined $2,000 with $500 suspended, sentenced to 100 days in jail with 97 days suspended; ordered to pay $75 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, the $330 cost of imprisonment; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program, had his driver's license revoked for 90 days, ordered to install an ignition interlock device and placed on probation for two years. He also pleaded guilty to making a false report and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended.

Peter Kraskoff, 18, Wasilla, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 40 days in jail with 30 days suspended and ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service in lieu of jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and placed on probation for one year.

Bree M. Whitaker, 36, pleaded guilty to making a false report. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended and placed on probation for one year.

Cases filed in Criminal Court

Elizabeth A. Katairoak, 22, third- degree criminal mischief, domestic violence, first-degree vehicle theft, both felonies.

Cases filed in Civil Court

Emily Speer-Harmon v. James Harmon, domestic-violence restraining order granted.

Maygen Jannetta v. Michael O'Laire, DVRO granted.

Jeanie Fabich v. Leonard Fabich, DVRO granted.

Regina Harville and on behalf of a minor child v. Larry Harville, DVRO granted.

Theresa G. Beard v. John R. Bolbos, DVRO granted.
