George Gustafson, 19, pleaded no contest to minor consuming alcohol. He was fined $600 with $400 suspended, with the option to satisfy fine by community work service at the rate of $6.25 an hour.
Daniel M. McCallum, 19, pleaded no contest to minor consuming alcohol. He was fined $600 with $400 suspended, with the option to satisfy fine by community work service at the rate of $6.25 an hour.
Lucas Westerburg, 19, pleaded no contest to minor consuming alcohol, second offense. He was fined $1,000 with $500 suspended, with the option to satisfy fine by community work service at the rate of $6.25 an hour. His driver's license was revoked for 90 days, and he was ordered to complete an alcohol education or treatment program, complete 48 hours of community work service and not consume inhalants or possess and consume alcohol or controlled substances, and placed on probation for one year.
Nicholas P. Guarnere, 27, guilty to fourth-degree assault. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, pay restitution to his victim, ordered to provide a DNA sample, ordered not to have contact with Luther Keene and placed on probation for one year.
