At the family's request, no funeral services are planned.
Mrs. Morey was born Dec. 25, 1943, in Council Bluff, Iowa. She moved to Alaska in 1979, living in Homer.
She was a nurse's aid and a homemaker. Her family stated, "Pat was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was loved and will be missed by all."
Mrs. Morey is survived by her husband, George Morey of Homer, four daughters, June Temple of Bullhead City, Ariz., Cheryl and her husband David Jones of Homer, Teresa and husband David Moore of Anchorage and Laura Dietz of Clarksville, Tenn.; two sons, Bill and his wife Liz Morey of Hurricane, Utah, and Caleb Morey of Homer; grandchildren; Tina, Collette, Heather, Danielle, Crystal, Jessica, Thomas, Ernie, Josh, Alyssa, Justin, Missy, Ashley, Cruz and Serena; and six great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were made by Homer Funeral Home.
