Scruffy is a 1-year-old snow white Lhasa Apso mix. He s a wonderful dog — nice, friendly and affectionate, with a minor fault. Scruffy hasn't quite picked up the fine points of housetraining, but with some patience, a little work and some kennel training he knows he can become a neat dog.
