John A. Mumey, 47, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended, ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, ordered to pay restitution, ordered to not consume, possess or use alcohol, ordered not to go to the Grog Shop or be on its property, and placed on probation for one year.
Vincent P. Licari, 20, pleaded no contest to minor consuming alcohol. He was fined $600 with $400 suspended, with the option of satisfying the fine by community work service at the rate of $6.25 an hour, and ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program.
