Judgments

Gregory K. Polushkin, 22, failure to control or report a dangerous fire, charge dismissed.

Latroye L. Williams, 30, fourth-degree assault, four counts, charges dismissed.

Ian D. Holder, 27, driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked; driving in violation of limited license, charges dismissed.

Marlene G. Arndt, 41, licensee furnishing alcohol to minor, charge dismissed.

Carl A. Moonin Jr., 28, reckless driving, charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty to violating conditions of release. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended; ordered to perform 80 hours of community work service, ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, and placed on probation for two years.

Forest W. Bond, 23, fourth-degree assault, charge dismissed. He pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program and placed on probation for two years.

Amanda C. Fresquez, 20, pleaded guilty to driving while license revoked. She was sentenced to 20 days in jail with 10 days suspended, with the option of performing 80 hours of community work service to satisfy jail time; ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended; had her driver's license revoked for 90 days, and placed on probation for one year.

John A. Mumey, 47, pleaded guilty to fourth-degree theft. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended, ordered to pay $50 to support the Police Training Fund, a $150 jail surcharge with $100 suspended, ordered to pay restitution, ordered to not consume, possess or use alcohol, ordered not to go to the Grog Shop or be on its property, and placed on probation for one year.

Vincent P. Licari, 20, pleaded no contest to minor consuming alcohol. He was fined $600 with $400 suspended, with the option of satisfying the fine by community work service at the rate of $6.25 an hour, and ordered to attend an alcohol safety action program.
